§1. General provisions

WeeZiolo.pl (the "Service") is an online guide to local CBD and hemp stores in Poland. These terms set out the rules for using the Service. By using the Service you accept these terms.

§2. Nature of the Service

The Service does not sell anything online. Store information — addresses, opening hours, contact details, and product categories — is provided for information purposes only. The Service is not a party to any transaction between a user and a store.

§3. Store data

Store profiles are created from publicly available information and submissions from owners. We do our best to keep the data current, but we do not guarantee its accuracy — confirm opening hours and product availability directly with the store.

A store owner may request corrections to their profile or its removal at any time by writing to the Service's contact address.

§4. Content and liability

Content published in the Service is general information and does not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice. CBD products are not medicines.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information presented, nor for the actions of stores listed in the directory.

§5. Intellectual property

The Service's layout, texts, and graphics are legally protected. You may use them for personal use; any other use requires the consent of the Service operator.

§7. Changes to the terms
