Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the use of WeeZiolo.pl is the operator of the service. For any matters concerning personal data, contact us at: kontakt@weeziolo.pl.
What data we process
The service does not require an account. We process data you provide voluntarily by e-mail (e.g. when submitting a store or profile corrections): your e-mail address, name, and the content of your message.
When you use the service, standard technical data (including IP address, browser type, and request date and time) is processed in server logs to maintain and secure the service.
Location and address search
The GPS location you can share on the "Stores near you" page is processed only in your browser and is never stored. A typed address is sent to the OpenStreetMap geocoding service (Nominatim) to determine its coordinates.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: respond to messages and handle submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest), maintain and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), count anonymous clicks on store contact buttons (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and — with your consent — compile visit statistics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Statistics and analytics tools
The service uses Google Analytics to analyse traffic. Analytics cookies are set only after you give consent. See the Cookie policy for details.
Separately, we count clicks on the contact buttons on store profiles and store lists (showing the number, calling, visiting the website, getting directions) to show stores the interest in their offer. We record only the store, the type of click, where the button is on the page, the device type (phone, tablet, computer), the language version, and the date and time. No cookies or identifiers are used for this, and we do not store your IP address or browser details — a single click cannot be linked to a specific person.
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers of hosting and analytics tools (Google) and — for address geocoding — to the operator of the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it rectified, erased, or restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Retention and changes to this policy
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, and server logs for the period resulting from the hosting configuration. This policy may be updated; the current version is always available on this page.
